Path to Enlightenment

Path to enlightenment is the representation of the spiritual path.

The stairs of the Mayan Pyramid in Tikal, Guatemala used as a metaphor for “the journey to enlightenment”. Below the Pyramid is the place of disorder and confusion. The figure is making the journey from destruction and depression to enlightenment (the angel) but still she is connected to below as above.
